First of all, the conference introduced the work experience of each head teacher, their teaching classes, class teacher arrangement, student directory and so on. Second of all, the conference gave a detailed description of the routine work of the head teachers and the adaptive education for new students. Third of all, the conference arranged the recent relevant work and made clear requirements; Moreover, special emphasis was placed on school registration, safety work, recess activities, lunch management, bus training and so on. Last but not the least, the conference required the head teachers to clarify their responsibilities, conscientiously implement the work, learn from each other within each grade group, help each other, and make their own efforts for the development of the school and the growth of students.
